I discovered Series 1 of the Geraldine McEwan series of Miss Marple on Netflix the other day. And I absolutely just blew through all four stories.
And, oh, my, I just love Geraldine McEwan. In everything. Even as the crazy old witch in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. She’s just so adorable. She’s the sweetest Miss Marple out there. She’s so cute I just can’t contain myself. Her performance makes me so incredibly happy.
I am in love with her Miss Marple. She just goes around pulling a Sherlock and inviting herself to police investigations, only the police can’t quite bring themselves to be mad at her or kick her out, because she’s just too cute. And always right.
